Booking Fees

Payments to the Owners and Buoyly Fee – (Notification after boatowner have put in the Bank details)

As per the terms of and conditions of participating and using the Buoyly market place, the Payments to you as a Boat owner and charges to Buoyly are as follows: Booking Fee and other fees The booking Fee is calculated as a percentage of the total of any: i) Booking Fee; ii) Cancellation Fee; and iii) other fee, excluding any levies or other fees that has determined should be exempt from the Service Fee. The Service Fee you will pay is as follows:

1. On or after April 2026, Boat owner will pay a Service Fee of 9% (inclusive of GST) as and when a booking is completed; or
2. as otherwise set out in the Terms.

Buoyly – Boat Owner Agreement (Australia) Buoyly may adjust the Booking Fee or other fees and charges referred to in the Booking fee and other fees section or introduce a new model to determine the Booking Fee or other amounts payable by you; Buoyly will let you know at least 30 days before making any change to the Service Fee that Buoyly reasonably regard will be detrimental to your rights under this Agreement Buoyly may also charge other fees, surcharges or other amounts to you in certain circumstances in consideration for providing the Buoyly Services to you, as outlined on the Buoyly.com website (for example, a booking fee to help cover ’s operational costs, and city or state based charges. Payment processing

1. (a) You appoint, as your limited payment collection agent solely for the purpose of accepting payments from Adventurers / Sharers on your behalf. Payment made by Sharers will be considered the same as payment made directly to you, including without limitation where Buoyly or its Affiliates collects payment from Sharers on your behalf prior to the commencement of the booking. You acknowledge and agree that Buoyly’s obligations under this section may be performed by one or more of ’s Affiliates. Namely, Stripe payment services.

2. (b) Buoyly will remit to you, as soon as possible, best efforts will be made within 48 hours, payment of: I. Booking Fee, including any levies on your behalf; II. any incentive payments due to you III. any tips paid by Sharers through the Buoyly Platform; IV. any other fees payable to you in accordance with this Agreement; and V. less any fees (including the Service Fee) charged by Buoyly.

3. If Buoyly discovers payment errors that result in additional amounts being paid to you, or there is an adjustment required under the Booking section, Buoyly may deduct the amount from future fares, debit the amount from your card or bank account or seek reimbursement by other lawful means. Buoyly will inform you in writing if it exercises its right under this section and must exercise its right in a reasonable manner.
